Today November 6, 2012; there are only 66 homes available or for sale in Tahoe Donner, down from 90 as last reported.

Furthermore, 64 of the homes offered for sale are standard sales, 2 of the available properties are offered as short sales and no REO’s, (Bank owned properties). Also, 33 single family homes are currently in escrow or pending sale. Moreover, there are another 10 short sales pending bank approval. Pending sales range in price from $293,600 to $969,000.
